BeeBuddy is operated by BeeBuddy Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16636303, whose registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.

In these Terms, “BeeBuddy”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean BeeBuddy Ltd.

BeeBuddy is an online language-learning platform designed to help users learn English through interactive flashcards, quizzes, streaks, progress tracking, and related learning tools.

We may update, improve, change, suspend, or remove features from time to time. We will try to do this in a reasonable and proportionate way.

We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or that the platform will always operate without interruption.

You may only use BeeBuddy if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Users under the age of 18 may use BeeBuddy only with the involvement, consent, or supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

You agree that the information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

Some features require an account.

When you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account, unless that activity results from our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorisation.

We may offer sign-in through third-party providers such as Google, Apple, or Facebook. Where you use those services, your use of them is also subject to the relevant third party’s own terms and privacy policies.

You must not use BeeBuddy for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or related systems, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, scrape or reverse engineer the platform except where such restriction is not permitted by law, impersonate another person, or use the service in a way that could damage BeeBuddy, other users, or our reputation.

We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or where this is necessary for security, legal, or operational reasons.

BeeBuddy is provided for educational and informational purposes.

We aim to make the platform useful, engaging, and accurate, but we do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, current, or error-free, that the service will meet your particular learning objectives, or that use of BeeBuddy will result in any specific level of fluency, exam result, qualification, or professional outcome.

Learning outcomes depend on a range of factors outside our control, including time, effort, consistency, and previous knowledge.

BeeBuddy does not currently provide features for users to publish, upload, or publicly share user-generated content on the platform.

Where users provide information to us for account creation, authentication, support, administration, or feedback, that information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and only as needed to operate, support, improve, and secure the service.

All intellectual property rights in BeeBuddy, including its software, branding, design, text, graphics, flashcards, quizzes, learning materials, databases, and other content, are owned by us or our licensors.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use BeeBuddy for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, license, publish, or commercially exploit any part of BeeBuddy unless we have given you prior written permission.

BeeBuddy may offer both a free tier and paid plans.

Our free tier allows users to access selected features without entering payment card details or other payment method information. Free-tier access may be subject to feature limits, usage caps, content restrictions, or other limitations compared with paid plans.

Paid plans may include additional features, increased usage allowances, broader content access, or other benefits, as described at the point of purchase.

We may change the features, scope, or limits of the free tier or paid plans from time to time. Where changes materially affect a paid plan, we will give reasonable notice before they take effect.

If you purchase a paid plan, we will show the key commercial information before you place the order, including the main features, price, billing frequency, and renewal arrangements where applicable.

By purchasing a paid plan, you authorise us or our payment provider to charge the applicable fees.

Unless stated otherwise at the point of purchase, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, you may cancel at any time before the next renewal date, and cancellation prevents the next renewal but does not usually refund the current paid period already started.

BeeBuddy does not currently offer free trials unless expressly stated otherwise.

Any free access we provide is part of the free tier and is not a time-limited trial converting automatically into a paid subscription unless we clearly state that at the time of offer.

We aim to keep BeeBuddy available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation at all times.

We may suspend the service temporarily for maintenance, updates, security work, or technical reasons.

Support may be provided through email, AI-assisted tools, or other channels, but unless we expressly state otherwise, we do not guarantee any specific response time.

BeeBuddy may rely on or integrate with third-party services, including payment providers, login providers, analytics tools, hosting providers, or communication tools.

We are not responsible for the content, terms, policies, or availability of third-party services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

That policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, the lawful bases we rely on, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights available to users.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to BeeBuddy immediately where reasonably necessary, including where you materially breach these Terms, we are required to do so by law, your use creates a legal, security, or operational risk, or we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or misuse.

You may stop using BeeBuddy at any time.

Termination does not affect any rights or liabilities that arose before termination.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, indirect or consequential losses, business losses suffered by consumer users, or losses caused by your misuse of the platform, your own internet or device issues, or third-party services outside our control.

If you use BeeBuddy as a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as by email, in-app notice, or by posting the updated Terms on our website.

Your continued use of BeeBuddy after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

We will try to resolve complaints fairly and promptly.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you will also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you live, where those laws apply.

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live, where applicable.

If you are a business user, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will remain in force.

If we delay in enforcing any right under these Terms, that does not mean we waive that right.

These Terms form the entire agreement between you and us relating to your use of BeeBuddy, except where separate terms clearly apply to a specific feature, plan, or promotion.
